In case of gas leakage, the Gas Detector will notify you even if you are away from home or will run the automations you have configured.

• Smart Home Automations: The Gas Detector is a natural part of the Aqara Home app and its automations. You can configure the IF conditions as well as THEN actions, and you will be able to use more notification or disarming options.
• Compatibility with HomeKit, Yandex** and more: Compatible with most popular smart home ecosystems. HomeKit, Yandex, IFTTT, and more are supported. Just connect it to the Aqara Hub and bind the account.

Automations:

1. Disarm the siren easily.

In case the detector was triggered, you will be able to check if there is any danger and disarm it easily. Unlike the traditional alarms, you can use both the Aqara Home app or other Aqara devices to do it. For example, make an automation to disarm it by pressing a Mini Switch or showing an “OK” gesture to the Camera Hub G3.

Configure smart home automations with Aqara or third-party devices.

Just connect the Natural Gas Detector to the hub, get both local and remote alerts, or even control the gas shut-off valves automatically via HomeKit or IFTTT integrations. The danger will be eliminated as a smart valve will shut the gas flow off once a leak is detected.
